The purpose of this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Policy’) is to set out the rules and actions concerning the collection, processing and protection of personal data collected through our website prexer.eu (hereinafter also referred to as the ‘Service’), as well as to indicate the rules of using cookies by us and to define the rules of using the Service.

1. Administrator - the administrator of your personal data is Przedsiębiorstwo PREXER Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in 90-209 Łódź, 16 Kilińskiego Street. The administrator is the owner of the Website available at prexer.eu.

III.          Purposes and grounds for personal data processing, types of processed data, information on cookies

We process your personal data in order to:

1.       in the case of directing communications to us by telephone, email or letter - we will process your data in order to carry out the communication and respond to the enquiries to which the communication directed to us relates (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. in order to carry out the correspondence directed to us in connection with the business activity carried out, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator). In the case of communications addressed to us - we will process the data necessary to support the process of analysing the request and responding to the communication, exceptionally, we may also process other data - covered by the notified communication based on the implicit consent given by the User sending this information (Article 6(1)(a) RODO). We encourage you to always provide the necessary information for the matter on which you are contacting us.

2.       Provision of services by electronic means with regard to making the content published on the Website available to Users (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO, i.e. for the purpose of performing the agreement covering the provision of services by electronic means by the Administrator through the Website).

3.       defence against claims made (on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO, i.e. in order to possibly undertake a legitimate defence against claims made or to establish and assert claims, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator).

In relation to our processing of your personal data, subject to the exceptions provided for in the RODO, you have the following rights: the right to access your data and to receive a copy of your data, the right to rectify (amend) your data, the right to erasure, the right to restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your data, and the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data if your personal data is processed on the basis of your consent (withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of your consent).

Your provision of personal data is voluntary. However, your failure to provide data that is necessary, e.g. for specific purposes, may prevent us from taking appropriate action.

 

X.           Information on automated processing and profiling

Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.

 

XI.          Linkedin profile

The Administrator has a public profile on the LinkedIn portal. As such, it processes the data that visitors to this profile leave (including, but not limited to, comments, likes, online identifiers), which are processed in order to manage the Administrator's profile, to provide information about its services, as well as to enable the activity of other users on these profiles, and may possibly be processed for the purposes of claiming and defending against claims (processing on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO, i.e. what constitutes the Administrator's legitimate interest).
